Returns and Refunds
We love returns and will happily replace or refund your item.
When returning an item, we obviously ask that the item has not been used, opened, worn or washed, all labels are attached and all components intact.
Brand Pets take great pride in our goods and packaging, so we certainly hope you never receive a faulty product from us. If this does happen please contact the customer service team on 02 4476 1791 or email email@example.com.
Refunds are available in store for replacement goods, store credit for future use and refunds as per purchase docket.
All items need to be returned to our Narooma store at your own cost for refunds to be applied.
